That’s why I’ve made the process easier and more accessible by offering commission packages. These packages give you a clear starting point: you choose from pre-made concepts that are ready to be customized to your taste.

Each package includes a set concept and pricing, so you’ll know exactly what you’re getting and how much it will cost. This approach allows you to skip the stress of figuring out details from scratch while still creating something completely unique and exclusive to you.

Once your artwork is finished, you’ll receive a fully personalized illustration, delivered as a digital file. Want to make it even more special? You can have your illustration printed, turned into a sticker, or even made into a keychain – all handcrafted by me with care.

Just can't decide what you want for your commission but still want something personalized of your own? Choose from one of the pre-made commission packages for a definite design and artwork to your liking. The prices and concept are already set so you don't have to figure out what your commission will end up costing. I offer multiple different packages that you can modify to a certain extand. It is easier and more efficient to just choose an existing concept and gives you the opportunity to acces the creative concept easier.

Why choose a pre-made package?

Instead of purchasing a regular commission, having the option to choose from existing concept may be more accessible for some people. The concept is already set from which you can customize it to your liking. It can be a bit overwhelming having to choose from multiple different options and read in about the process, choosing a package mostly prevents you from that.

You don't have the option to fully customize it and add as many details as you want but you know exactly what you will get while still having the opportunity to get something very unique and personalized. Pre-made packages are also more budget-friendly as there are much cheaper options and the pricing is already set so you will never go over your budget. 

It is perfect to get your own personalized artwork or to let something make for someone else as a gift. 

What does a pre-made commission package include?

Packages always include the concept (drawing) you've chosen, customization to a certain extend, two revisions and background color options. 

I will always send you a version with transpararent background (PNG) so you can use it as a sticker or use it in a design. (personal use only) And another version with a background color of your choice. 

You can use the drawing as a profile picture or get it printed as a illustration, phone case, keychain or sticker. (Extra production fee per product applies) 

If you want your drawing printed on merchandise, please let me know so we can discuss the options and prices. 

How does the process work?

Once you've purchased your package, I will initially always contact you via the email address you provided with your order. If you prefer communication via Instagram DM, please leave your username with your order (this can be done during the process under “message”) and clearly specify that you want communication to take place through Instagram. I will reach out to you within 1-4 business days via email or Instagram DM. My Instagram is @jyccreationss. 

Communication can be done in English or Dutch. 

After I’ve contacted you, I will ask for a few things:

- How would you like your character or portrait to look?

If it needs to be based on a specific person or character, please provide at least one clear photo as a reference. You are always welcome to send more photos.

- Are there any specific details you’d like included?

Depending on the package you’ve chosen, certain modification options will be available. These options vary per concept and will be fully discussed during the creation process.

About and usage

What can I use my artwork for?

You can use your artwork for personal use however you would like! If you would like it made as a product (examples are listed down below) please let me know and I will make it for you. (Production fee applies)

A few ideas on how to use it and for what are:

- A profile picture

- A sticker

- In a design of your own

- A phone case

- A bookmark

- A phone background 

- A print 

These are some examples you can use your artwork for! If you would like a specific product made, I will modify the design for free and send you pictures of what it would look like. Once the product is made, I will ship it to you. 

IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE ARTWORK AS A NFT OR SELL IT.

Am I allowed to use it commercially?

No, if you want to purchase a package or commission for commercial use please contact me. 

Can I add more characters to my drawing?

No, If you want multiple characters in your drawing you will have to either purchase a regular commission or buy the package again. 

Payment and Delivery

What payment options do you have?

You can pay Via PayPal, IDeal Klarna or via Banktransfer. All packages are paid for in advance and cannot be refunded once the drawing process has started. 

What delivery options do you have?

You're commission will always be delivered digitally as a PNG, JPG or PDF file. Once I've finished your artwork I will send it to you via email.

It is optional to get your commissioned artwork printed on paper or other items such as a phone case, sticker or keychain. I will handle all of the production details and ship it to you. A production fee will apply.

Prices vary per product. 

How long will my commission take?

I will strive to finish your artwork between 1-3 weeks but the overall delivery time of your product will depend on the package you've chosen and my workload at that time. 

If you need your artwork before a certain date or time period, keep that in mind and make sure you purchase your commission in time. 

Small commission packages like 'My Own Animal Character' will take me no longer than a few days since the drawing is small doesn't contain complex details. 

If revisions are necessary, delivery time will be adjusted.
