What does an art commission mean?
Commissioning an artist means hiring them to create a custom piece based on your specific vision. This involves discussing the concept, style, and details with the artist, who will then set a price based on factors like complexity, size, medium, and time.
Artists often have personal preferences and areas of expertise, so there may be certain subjects or styles they prefer not to create. For example, I don’t draw mechanics, robots, or complex buildings, but I’m open to other requests when discussed beforehand. Feel free to contact me if you have a specific request!
Prices may vary depending on what you want. I have a full guide on my commission process and what I offer. Clear communication is key to making sure both you and me are aligned on the creative outcome.
Once the artwork is finished, you’ll have a unique piece made just for you! Feel free to share it on social media and tag @jinthescreations or @jyccreations on Instagram—I’d love to see it!

How does it work?
PLEASE, READ MY COMMISSION GUIDE FOR FULL INFORMATION AND PRICES
The commission process is simple. Before you commission me, make sure you have read my commission guide to avoid any surprised. By commissioning me you agree with the policy terms.
You can start your commission by filling out the form. The more specific you are on what you want, the better! You can later on send pictures or a sketch of what you would want your drawing to look like once I've contacted you.
IMPORTANT: If the artwork will be used commercially (e.g., for a logo or merchandise), an additional 50% fee applies. For personal use, standard pricing applies, but reselling, distributing, or using it as an NFT is prohibited. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
Once we finalize details (style, color, background), I'll ask for a 50% deposit to begin. This confirms your commitment and allows me to start work. After the deposit, refunds are no longer available. I’ll share progress updates and sketches, and you can request up to two revisions once the artwork is complete. After final payment, I’ll send the finished piece, and we can make any final adjustments if needed. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll discuss alternatives.
1. What would you like me to draw?
The first and most important step is deciding what you'd like me to draw! While I specialize in anime-style art, I’m also skilled in other genres like semi-realistic portraits, animals, nature, and fantasy. In my guide you will find clear examples of what I offer.
2. Discuss details
Timeline & Price: Smaller, simpler pieces typically take about a week, while larger, more detailed works may take up to two weeks or more, depending on the complexity and my workload. I aim to finish within two weeks but will update you if there are any delays.
Urgent Deadlines: If you need the artwork by a specific date, please start the commission early to allow time for feedback and adjustments.
Feedback: You’re welcome to provide feedback at any point, but please avoid sending too many messages. Let me know if you’d like to make any changes during the process, and I’ll be happy to adjust!
3. finished result
Your drawing is ready! Are you happy with the result? If so, great! If not, we can discuss any changes you'd like, and I’ll make revisions until it's perfect. I offer up to two revisions, but my goal is to ensure you're completely satisfied with the final piece. Once the remaining balance is paid, I’ll send you the artwork in PNG (or your preferred format), and you’re free to use it for personal purposes.
*If you plan to use the artwork commercially, please contact me beforehand.
